Jessica || communications, marketing, chief of operations
Jessica handles all emails, the website, social media, photography, and every bit of communication. She’s the voice behind Cornerhouse Cavapoos and keeps everything running smoothly, from operations to managing the puppy curriculum. Jess thrives on organization, research, and planning—nothing makes her happier than a deep-dive research session and a perfectly built spreadsheet.
When she’s not teaching puppies or posting adorable Cavapoo photos on Instagram, she’s homeschooling her kids, reading a good book, or baking yet another loaf of sourdough (which her kids devour in about 5.7 seconds). Her husband loves to tease her for planning the next family trip while they’re still on the current one—what can she say, she’s a planner! Their adventures usually include hiking, exploring, and, of course, good food.
Curtis || kennel maintenance, adult dog care
Curt has over ten years of management and construction experience and takes care of all the handyman projects around our Cavapoo program and property. He oversees the big-picture operations and handles the heavy lifting putting up fences, moving equipment, remodeling, and building whatever the dogs (or Jessica) need. He also helps manage our breeding dogs to ensure they’re getting the very best nutrition and care.
He loves fishing, biking, and snowboarding though he rarely has time for any of them these days. His friends will all tell you he’s an excellent listener, which is absolutely true… much to the dismay of his wife and kids when they’re waiting on him!
Bronx || janitorial manager
Bronx is our main man. He loves order and keeping everyone on track—including our Cavapoos, who can get a little rambunctious now and then. He makes sure the puppies always have clean bedding, fresh water, and plenty of room to explore. Kennel organization is serious business to him, and he takes great pride in it.
His interests are all over the map—riding his bike, exploring, Legos, make-believe games, drawing, and reading. He’s also known to whip up some pretty fantastic desserts! Bronx has a servant’s heart just like his dad and is always looking for ways to help others.
Raleigh || puppy teacher, dog groomer
His girl was born for animals. She loves all things soft and fluffy, so Cavapoo puppies are at the very top of her favorites list. She enjoys organizing the puppies’ daily school sessions and helping with their temperament testing. Raleigh has a nurturing spirit and a gentle soul, and she absolutely flourishes when she’s cuddling something sweet. She dreams of raising her own animals when she’s older.
She can beat anyone in a game of Memory or Mastermind, and she loves drawing pictures inspired by fairy tales. Her favorite school subjects are math and Shakespeare, both of which she excels in. She’s quiet, funny, and loves to tease anyone who gives her the chance playfully.
Windsor || puppy socializing expert
The shortest team member and probably the most dramatic, Winnie has loved animals from the moment she could see them. Kitties and puppies are her favorite and she learned from an early age that they should be handled with gentleness, respect and oodles of love.
Winnie shares a birthday with her big brother, although they are seven years apart. She loves to be the center of attention and does not mind at all that her older siblings dote on her. She is full of sass and spunk, and definitely keeps the rest of us in stitches with her little quips.
Essex || puppy snuggle buddy
Essex is our caboose but ensures that he makes more noise than the engine. He is 150% boy, all trucks and dirt and booms and messes and animals. His heart is full of passion for a select few things, including “Llama Llama” books and puppies.
He was born in the middle of a snowstorm with no one but his daddy to catch him, and true to his dramatic entrance, he keeps us on our toes.
